What a poem you wrote as a college student! Wow! And the story behind it was sweet too. And, yes, our words matter. Thanks so much for sharing. You are an inspiration. Abundant blessings to you and yours!
Mari-Anna – I was floored when I read these words from over a decade ago! Isn’t it awesome to watch God work?
Bethany – Glad to be your neighbor at RaRaLinkUp. You certainly have impact to cause someone to dance in the rain! I’m smiling and awed by your sweet example and reminder that our words matter. Thank-you!
What a cool story and how blessed you must have been hearing from that professor! Yes, our words matter more than we realize. Sometimes we are too timid to say them, but I think we miss opportunities for blessing when we hold back. Your poem is beautiful! Most think of the rain and sad, but there is beauty in it too! Blessings to you! I’m visiting from #ThreeWordWednesday!
Gayl – yes we do miss great opportunities when we hold back! Great words here! Thank you!
This is beautiful! How wonderful to know that your call to write has made this impact. God bless you this week and I’m happy to have found you on Testimony Tuesday.
Yes, Bethany, your words do speak. All of our words speak. But it can be so easy to forget that.
